Shop The Look
Looking to create a cozy but industrial look in your own bathroom? We’ve created this low-key modern industrial bathroom design that incorporates a mix of rustic and contemporary elements to build a unique and stylish space.
The foundation of this room is the use of textured materials, such as the concrete-look porcelain floor tiles from Home Depot. These tiles give the space an industrial edge while still being easy to clean and maintain. We’ve softened the vibe of these floor tiles with a more boho-style rug. Compared to the cool tile, this jute runner from Wayfair runner brings a cozy and casual element to the design. I love the geometric design, and it reminds me of rugs I’ve seen from West Elm or Lulu and Georgia for a fraction of the price!
For the vanity, we have gone with West Elm and chosen their Streamline Double Bathroom Vanity. What’s not to love about this concrete top and wooden storage shelf?! The vanity’s simple design doesn’t overtake other elements in the space, while the concrete keeps the design from feeling too formal or harsh. But what is a countertop without some styling?! This handcrafted black ceramic vase from Pottery Barn make perfect earthy accent to the mod vanity. In addition to this, it ties in the black accents from other parts of the space as well!
In case one needs seating or more space to set things down in the bathroom, we’ve included this rustic wooden stool from Pottery Barn. With a natural wax finish and kiln-dried wood, the organic stool adds a warm and inviting feel to the design. While bringing a more natural vibe to the room, it also is able to hold up to the issue of moisture in the bathroom
To complete the look, we’ve selected a stylish pair of Wade Logan Steel Armed sconces. The modern design of this light fixture paired with the warm glow of the Edison bulbs adds character to the space, while the matte black finish ties in with the other hardware elements. The simple black mirrors pair perfectly with the sconces and other sharp accents in this design.
Above all, the mix of rustic and contemporary elements, textured materials, and the sleek matte black hardware make this modern industrial bathroom design unique and stylish. Should you incorporate these elements into your own bathroom, you can create a space that is both functional and visually appealing.
