Online Interior Design FAQS
Our virtual design process is easy. Start by purchasing the package you want. Upon purchasing you will be sent a design questionnaire. We recommend waiting until you have some time, sitting down with a delicious cup of coffee, and enjoy the process of telling us about your room and needs for the space. You will also measure your space following our simple measure guide.
Once we have everything we need, we will begin designing. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a complete design to be presented. If you are purchasing a package that includes a floor plan, you will approve the plan before we begin selecting furniture items.
After you receive our initial presentation, you can let us know what pieces you love and any that you might want to change. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure that you are completely happy with your design. This process may take an additional 1-2weeks but we want to get it right for you!
In the end you are left with everything you need to move forward with your design project at your own pace.
Our turn around time for design work is typically 4-6 weeks.

If a budget is provided we will do our best to work within it. That said, we recommend having a general budget of about $8,000 -$12,000 per room for furniture and accessories.
We source from well-known, reputable brands that are available to the public. Some of our favorite stores are: Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Ethan Allen, One Kings Lane, Living Spaces, Anthropology and Bassett Furniture.
When possible, we will try to source items like sofas and sectionals from places local to you, so that you can go out and test them in person before purchasing.
Current lead times vary but in general you can expect to wait 8-10 weeks for most items.
We offer kitchen & bathroom design with our 2D Vision Board Package. We will help create a design concept with colors and materials that your contractor or cabinet maker can carry out.
We always recommend that you test paint colors and order finish samples before making final selections. We will guide you on how to do this for your particular project. Every computer screen shows color differently and it's important to view the samples in your exact space.
