Interior Design FAQs

How long does it take to get my final design back after I order an online design package?

Our turn around time for design work is typically 2-4 weeks.

Do you offer local/on-site design services?

Yes! In addition to our design packages we offer on-site design services for locals (near 91709) who need more help completing their project. This may include an initial consultation to view your space, take measurements and/or meeting at a showroom. See our on-site design services option to choose the service you need.

Can you work with furniture I already have?

Yes! Just include what pieces you have and sizes in the questionnaire after you purchase.

Do you offer discounts on multiple rooms?

Yes, choose how many rooms you want to purchase from the drop-down box on our check-out page. Discounts are built into the pricing: 2 rooms: 10% off, 3 rooms: 15% off, 4 rooms or more: 20% off.

Do you work with any budget?

If a budget is provided we will do our best to work within it. That said, we recommend having a general budget of about $8,000 -$12,000 per room for furniture and accessories.

What furniture stores/brands do you source from?

We source from well-known, reputable brands that are available to the public. Some of our favorite stores are: Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Ethan Allen, One Kings Lane, Living Spaces, Anthropology and Bassett Furniture.

When possible, we will try to source items like sofas and sectionals from places local to you, so that you can go out and test them in person before purchasing.

What are current lead times on furniture?

Current lead times vary but in general you can expect to wait 8-10 weeks for most items.

Do you offer kitchen & bathroom design?

We offer kitchen & bathroom design with our 2D Vision Board Package. We will help create a design concept with colors and materials that your contractor or cabinet maker can carry out.

How does selecting paint colors, fabrics and finishes work with virtual design?

We always recommend that you test paint colors and order finish samples before making final selections. We will guide you on how to do this for your particular project. Every computer screen shows color differently and it's important to view the samples in your exact space.
